COMING SOON Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Targeted support is delivered to individuals / groups of learners (as required) off-site through Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) sessions. These sessions are designed to support learners in developing mindfulness skills, managing intense emotions, and improving emotional regulation. Learners may experience challenges such as self-harm, relationship difficulties, and emotional dysregulation, helping them to build resilience and develop healthier coping strategies.
