Admissions Process

All pupils attending Cardrew Court School will have an EHCP

Cardrew Court School is an Independent Special School – as such it is anticipated that most places will be commissioned by Cornwall Local Authority as part of the Cornwall wide provision map for pupils with EHCPs.  Therefore, pupil placements will be commissioned by the Local Authority and admissions will be made in partnership and reviewed annually through the statutory EHCP Annual Review process. For information regarding our Admissions Process, please see our Admissions Policy below.

Please contact the School Office to arrange a visit and/or discuss the admissions process.

The Admissions Procedure – Privately Funded Place:

Cardrew Court School will welcome requests for admission from parents/carers who wish to fund a place themselves.

The Headteacher will meet with prospective parents to ascertain whether in principle the pupil’s needs can be met by the provision within the Cardrew Court School core offer and whether there is capacity to admit the child in the relevant year group.

Current fees are available on request. Our base fee covers the provision within Cardrew Court School’s Core Offer and may differ depending on the needs of the pupil.
